Service A

 

Your Mercedes-Benz isn’t just any ordinary car and therefore requires more than just an ordinary service schedule. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Mercedes-Benz, the first Service A visit should be done around 10,000 miles or at the one year mark, whichever comes first. However, the Flexible Service System will remind you when it is time to get the service done and will determine the exact timing. All Service A maintenance done after that initial service should be done at approximately 20,000 miles or two years. This service guideline is for model years 2009 and newer.

Service B

 

Only Mercedes-Benz customizes the service schedules for your vehicle according to the amount of time you’ve owned it. Learn about how Stage B Service ensures you’ll be enjoying your Mercedes-Benz for years to come.

The Service B appointment should happen at approximately 20,000 miles or one year after the first service. Again, the Flexile Service System will tell you exactly when you need to get it done. After the first Service B appointment, you should expect to bring it in again for this service every 2 years or approximately every 20,000 miles. Just like with Service A, this service only applies to models made 2009 or later.
